For our Westin Hotel guests, please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you plan on using the steam room and locker facilities, please allow 20 minutes before your appointment. For your comfort, we ask that you come down in your robe and slippers.
For non-hotel guests who wish to use the Health Club steam room and locker facilities, please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment. Robes and slippers will only be provided to those guests having multiple treatments.
Arriving late for your appointment will determine the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled, so that our next guest may begin on time.
The pool facilities are only available to hotel guests. Access to the Health Club is available to spa guests with treatments that exceed $100.00

All our therapists are certified in the profession in which they practice. British Columbia does not recognize other province or country registrations, therefore treatments cannot be reimbursed through your medical plan. Receipts cannot be issued for medical rebate. Avello is a relaxation Spa.
A credit card is required to secure all bookings, at this time treatments can not be charged to the room. As a courtesy to our therapists to avoid full charge on appointments that are not attended, four hours notice is required for any booking changes, 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all services. One week cancellation notice is required for group bookings.
All treatments are subject to 12% tax and 18% gratuity
